Terms and Conditions
Terms of service
This website (“Site”) is owned and operated by Next Episode Partnership. (P2135) trading as XTEC EPISODES. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “XTEC EPISODES”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to XTEC EPISODES and its associated entities and “you” refers to the individual accessing the Site. Your access to and use of the Service is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms are applicable to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you consent to receiving occasional newsletters and promotional offers from us. You also acknowledge that your information may be shared with third parties, such as event organizers. Accessing or using the Service indicates your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Agreement
These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between XTEC EPISODES and the individuals (referred to as the "Buyer") who have purchased admission tickets ("Event Ticket") for an event hosted by the Organizer (the "Event"). These terms also apply to every person attending the Event (referred to as the "Visitor"). The agreement is established between the holder of the Event Ticket or the Visitor, on one hand, and the Organizer, on the other hand, following the purchase and attendance of the event, subject to these terms.
Event Ticket
When purchasing a ticket for XTEC EPISODES, it is for the event itself and not for a specific artist. No refunds will be provided in the event of artist cancellations. XTEC EPISODES tickets are generally non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered if there is a government ban on events due to Covid-19. XTEC EPISODES is an event for individuals aged 17 and over. Tickets purchased by those under this age are not valid and are not eligible for refunds. Once a ticket is purchased, changes or refunds are only possible in the case of event cancellation. Tickets must be purchased through authorized third parties selling on behalf of the event. This operation is the responsibility of TicketMonti.
Admission to the Event and Venue
By attending the Event, each Visitor explicitly agrees to abide by these Terms. XTEC EPISODES is for individuals aged 17 and over; only such persons will be admitted. Upon entry, you must present a vaccine certificate and ID. The name on the ticket must precisely match your ID and vaccine certificate. Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry. Your contact details may be used for Covid-19 contact tracing as requested by health authorities. The right to admission to XTEC EPISODES is reserved by the promoter and venue, who may consider health and safety, environmental, and security concerns at their discretion. Security searches may be conducted. XTEC EPISODES has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances. You may be asked to provide identification to verify your age. The admission ticket grants the holder the right to attend the Event. Access is granted only to the first holder of the admission ticket scanned at the event entrance. Further verification of valid admission tickets is not obligatory for XTEC EPISODES. No refunds will be provided to customers who are denied entry or removed from the venue for reasons such as being under the age of 17, refusing searches, exhibiting abusive or threatening behavior, being intoxicated or disorderly, or not possessing a vaccine certificate or recommended Covid-19 documentation at the event. The event site prohibits bringing glass containers, canisters, plastic bottles, PET bottles, cans, or other drink containers, personal food, hard packaging, cooler bags, heavy containers, flambeaus, pyrotechnical objects, weapons, or any dangerous objects. Security checks will be conducted at the entry gate. These terms are subject to change in accordance with the law at the time of the event. If there are any regulatory changes, we will notify all ticket holders.
Force Majeure
If an Event cannot take place on the planned date and location due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, it is considered force majeure. Exceptions include pandemic-related refunds in case of Covid-19 postponement or cancellation. Other conditions constituting force majeure include non-issuance of permits by authorities, terrorism threats, strikes, fires, floods, and bad weather. An event is considered canceled only if there is a government ban. In such cases, purchasers can apply for a refund within thirty days of the public announcement of the cancellation. Bad weather and natural disasters do not qualify for ticket refunds. The Organizer may reschedule an Event in case of force majeure. Due to ongoing Covid-19 issues, customers have the option to keep their tickets for the next year's edition or apply for a refund in case of a Government ban leading to event cancellation.
Rights of the Organizer
While every effort is made to ensure that all advertised acts perform, XTEC EPISODES reserves the right to change the lineup without prior notice. The Organizer has the right to deny Visitor access. The Organizer is authorized to create video and/or audio recordings of the Event and use these images for promotional purposes without compensation to individuals appearing in them.
Liability of the Organizer
Attendance at the event is at your own risk. The Organizer is not liable for any damage to hearing or health, unless gross negligence or intent is proven. Parking vehicles on the event site is at your own risk; the Organizer is not responsible for damage or theft unless intent or gross negligence can be proven. Lost or stolen items are not the Organizer's liability.
